In order to ensure maximum benefits for everyone, please respect the following guidelines during Slow Move yoga lessons.
- Please arrive before the start time to minimise any interruptions and allow yourself to get ready for the class
- Space is provided to leave all your belongings, only bring necessary items to the class room
- Please be respectful the of peaceful atmosphere at Slow Move Lounge and avoid loud chatting and using audio content on your mobile devices
- To avoid any external distraction and disturbance, please leave your mobile devices (including smart watches) outside the class room and remember to put them in silent mode
- All lessons are held in English, some Italian is possible
- If you have any health conditions, injuries or you are pregnant or feel any discomfort during the session, please inform the instructor
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing during the classes and removing any accessories such as watches
- Avoid eating for at least two hours (if possible three) before the yoga class to prevent any problems and ensure you feel comfortable
- We recommend not to drink water during the class. If it is necessary, please take with you only closed bottles (please do not bring mugs or glasses)
