Handstand Workshop
This Handstand Preparation Workshop is designed to help you build a strong, confident foundation for handstands through two focused sessions. Instead of rushing upside down, we’ll break the practice down into its essential elements—strength, mobility, alignment, and body awareness—so you can approach handstands safely and effectively.
Across both sessions, you’ll learn targeted drills and techniques to prepare your shoulders, core, wrists, and mindset for going upside down. Whether you’re new to handstands or looking to refine your basics, this workshop will give you the tools to progress with control, confidence, and consistency.
This workshop is open to all levels—whether handstand feels far away or you’re refining your foundation.
