YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Yoga for Beginners will give you introduction to yoga and the basics to develop yourself further. You will be instructed and followed closely to ensure you enjoy and feel comfortable to explore your own skills and capacity while connecting with your inner self.  

Includes basic poses, holds and relaxation. Suitable for everyone starting with yoga and who simply wishes to enjoy yoga with less intensity.

YOGA MIXED LEVEL

Yoga Mixed Level is a medium intensity class where we will explore the world of yoga, we will go deeper in the asana and learn breathing techniques. The class is mixture of more intense practice, new techniques and deep relaxation.

Includes multitude of asana, holds and relaxation. Suitable for anyone already practicing yoga.

SENIOR YOGA

Senior Yoga is designed to decrease stiffness, remove muscle tension, increase flexibility and improve balance and mobility. This enjoyable class improves the quality of life of seniors and is the highlight of their day.

Includes several different exercises and relaxation. Suitable for anyone above 60 years old.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is mindful and gentle yoga practice aimed to release tensions, calm your mind and body and balance your chakras. Each pose is hold longer to get the best benefits. The class will leave you calm and relaxed while giving you new energy and a great sensation of wellbeing you need.

Includes gentle yoga poses for balancing chakras and breathing exercises. Suitable for anyone.

SHAKTI YOGA

Shakti Yoga is a high intensity class where we will deepen our skills and knowledge. We will practice more demanding poses and techniques, build our stamina and resilience, and finish with deep relaxation.

Suitable for advanced students, yogis who are currently doing TT and yoga teachers. Available on request.

KIDS YOGA

In Kids Yoga your kids will learn to control themselves through basic yoga postures while having fun. They will develop strenght and improve focus to support a happy balanced life. Helps to address any posture problems. Suitable for children aged 7-12 years old. Sajith has a long history of teaching school children. Lessons are both in English & Italian. Children are carefully guided and supervised at all times.

YOGA FOR RUNNERS & CYCLISTS

Yoga for Runners & Cyclists is a special class made for the needs of athletes. It will help runners and cyclists to increase their performance by increasing stamina, improving their muscle flexibility, breathing capacity and mobility and it help them to prevent injuries. Yoga is an important component of professional and amateur athlete’s training plan and can be decisive for high performance. Suitable for all professional and amateur athletes (runners, cyclists and other sportive). Does not require any experience in yoga.
